Ordering & refunds
Do you offer a refund policy?
Yes. If you're not happy with your furniture within 30 days of delivery, we'll offer a full refund. We'll arrange collection. No arguments, no hoops.
Is there any cost to get a design?
The design process is free. You only pay when you approve the design and confirm your order.
Can I make changes after I've confirmed my order?
Minor changes (finish colour, handle type) may be possible in the first 48 hours. Structural changes after production has started are not possible, as your materials will have been cut.
Lead times & delivery
How long does production take?
Typically 4–6 weeks from order confirmation to delivery. Complex or large projects may take slightly longer. We'll give you a specific timeline when you confirm.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Estonia and to nearby EU countries (Latvia, Lithuania, Finland by ferry). Contact us for deliveries further afield.
Do you handle installation?
We don't currently offer installation as a standard service, but most of our furniture is designed for straightforward self-assembly with clear instructions. We can discuss options for complex pieces.
Materials & quality
What materials do you use?
Primarily Baltic birch plywood, solid oak, and lacquered MDF depending on the piece. We source materials from certified suppliers and can discuss material options during the design phase.
How durable is CNC-cut furniture?
CNC machining ensures every joint fits with precision that's impossible to replicate by hand. When combined with quality materials and proper finishing, the result is extremely durable furniture built to last decades.
Can you match an existing piece or finish?
Often, yes. Send us a photo and we'll do our best. For finishes, we can match most RAL colours and standard wood stains.
AI design
How does the AI design work?
Our AI takes your brief — the dimensions, style, purpose — and generates a complete technical design including joinery, material cut lists, and assembly sequence. It's then reviewed by our team before you see it. Think of it as a very fast, very precise design assistant.
Will my furniture look generic or AI-generated?
No. The AI handles the technical precision; the design direction comes from your brief and our team's aesthetic judgment. Every piece is made to your specification — it won't look like anything else.
What if I don't like the first design?
We iterate until you love it. There are no extra charges for design revisions. Most projects are approved after one or two rounds of feedback.
