These Terms & Conditions govern the use of timberlab.ee and the purchase of custom furniture from Timberlab, operated by:

Submitting a project brief does not constitute a purchase order. The design process is free and carries no obligation to proceed.

A binding contract is formed only when you explicitly confirm your order in writing (by email) after reviewing and approving your design proposal.

Design revisions are provided at no additional charge. We will continue revising until you are satisfied with the design before asking you to confirm.

Final pricing is confirmed in your design proposal. Prices are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment terms are provided at order confirmation. We reserve the right to require a deposit before commencing production.

Dagomare OÜ is VAT-registered in Estonia (VAT no. EE102737077).

Standard production time is approximately 4–6 weeks from order confirmation, depending on project complexity and current workshop capacity.

We will provide a specific estimated completion date when you confirm your order. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Production commences only after written order confirmation and receipt of any required deposit.

We deliver to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, and Sweden as standard. For deliveries to other EU countries, please contact us prior to ordering.

Delivery costs are calculated based on destination and item dimensions and are confirmed in your order. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

You are responsible for ensuring adequate access and space for delivery. Please notify us of any access constraints in advance.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your furniture within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@dagomare.ee within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange collection at no cost to you.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of collection and are issued to your original payment method.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Estonian and EU consumer protection law.

Once production has commenced, structural changes to your order are not possible as materials will have been cut to specification.

Minor cosmetic changes (finish colour, handle type) may be possible within 48 hours of order confirmation. Please contact us immediately if you wish to make changes.

All furniture is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of delivery.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, or modifications made by the customer.

In the event of a defect, please contact info@dagomare.ee with photos and a description. We will repair or replace the affected piece at our discretion.

All design files, technical drawings, and renders produced by Timberlab remain the intellectual property of Dagomare OÜ until full payment has been received, at which point rights in the specific design for your project transfer to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dagomare OÜ's liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order in question.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, with the Harju County Court as the court of first instance.
