Ordering & refunds
Do you offer a refund policy?
Yes — and we mean it. If you're not happy with your furniture within 30 days of delivery, you get a full refund. We'll arrange collection. No arguments, no paperwork hoops. We want you to love what you receive.
Is the design process free?
Completely free. You only pay when you approve the design and choose to go ahead with your order. There's no obligation at any point before that.
How much does custom furniture cost?
Projects typically start from €800. Complex pieces from €2,000+. Design consultation is always free. We'll give you a fixed price when you approve the design — no surprises.
Can I request changes after confirming my order?
Minor changes — finish colour, handles, small cosmetic details — may be possible within the first 48 hours. Structural changes aren't possible once production has started, as your materials will have been cut to spec. We encourage you to take your time during the design review so you're fully happy before confirming.
Lead times & delivery
How long does it take to receive my furniture?
Production typically takes 4–6 weeks from the moment you confirm your order. Complex or oversized pieces may take a little longer. We'll give you a specific timeline when you confirm, and we'll keep you updated throughout.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, and Sweden. For deliveries further afield in the EU, contact us and we'll work something out.
Do you offer installation?
Installation isn't included as standard, but our furniture is designed for straightforward self-assembly with clear, step-by-step instructions. For complex pieces or larger orders, we can discuss options — just ask.
Materials & quality
What materials do you use?
Primarily Baltic birch plywood, solid oak, and lacquered MDF — depending on the piece and your preferences. We source from certified suppliers and we're happy to discuss specific material choices during the design phase.
How durable is CNC-cut furniture?
Very. CNC machining produces joints with a precision that's impossible to match by hand — every cut is exactly where it should be. Combined with quality materials and careful finishing, you get furniture that's built to last decades.
Can you match an existing piece or finish?
Often, yes. Send us a photo of what you're trying to match and we'll do our best. For finishes, we can match most RAL colours and standard wood stains. We'll be honest if something isn't achievable.
AI design
How does the AI design actually work?
You submit your brief — dimensions, style preferences, intended use. Our AI generates a complete technical design: joinery details, material cut lists, assembly sequence, 3D renders. Our team reviews it before you see anything. Think of it as a very fast, very precise design assistant backed by human judgment.
Will my furniture look generic or AI-generated?
No. The AI handles technical precision; the aesthetic direction comes from your brief and our team's taste. Every piece is specific to your project. It won't look like anyone else's furniture — because it isn't.
What if I don't like the first design?
We revise until you love it. No extra charge for revisions. Most projects are approved after one or two rounds of feedback — but we'll keep going as long as needed. We'd rather get it right than ship something you're not excited about.
